Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
A $20 non-refundable booking fee will be required after any client has either no-showed once or been late three times. This fee will go toward your total balance at the time of your appointment. Clients who consistently respect booking times will not be required to pay a booking fee.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed.
If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled and marked as a no-show.
Repeated tardiness may result in a required booking fee or refusal of future bookings.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you may be required to pay a booking fee before booking again.

Maintenance Policy
To maintain the quality and structure of your nails, services are determined by the time since your last appointment.
Appointments at three weeks or later are considered a rebalance, which includes restoring the nail’s structure and correcting outgrowth. Appointments at four weeks or more will be charged as a full set, regardless of existing product, as the nails are too grown out for a fill or rebalance.
Please book accordingly. Misbooked appointments will be adjusted and charged based on the service required.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, it will be recorded as a no-show.
After your first no-show, a $20 booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.
Multiple no-shows may result in permanent denial of future bookings.
